To support our evolving commercial strategy, we’ve created a new Sales Development Specialist role—a position designed to directly drive revenue growth by proactively identifying, qualifying, and initiating sales opportunities in our U.S. market.
This is a strategic, high-impact position. As part of our tight-knit and collaborative team, you’ll fuel the top of our sales funnel, open doors with new customers, and help our Account Managers deepen relationships and close deals.
What You’ll Do
- Drive business development: Build new customer relationships through outbound calls, emails, and campaigns, targeting hospitals and clinical labs.
- Lead meaningful conversations: Understand customer pain points and challenges to position Precision BioLogic’s diagnostic solutions.
- Contribute directly to revenue: Generate and qualify high-quality leads, handing off opportunities to Account Managers to strengthen pipeline performance.
- Protect recurring revenue: Monitor purchasing activity, re-engage customers, and provide actionable insights to improve retention and account growth.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with U.S. Account Managers, Marketing, Customer Care, and Operations to execute campaigns and enhance territory coverage.
- Master onboarding: Complete a structured three-month Customer Care rotation to gain in-depth product knowledge and customer fluency (with occasional backup support thereafter).
- Operate with precision: Maintain accurate CRM data, leverage market intelligence tools, and work within ISO 13485 standards to ensure compliance and quality in every interaction.
What You Bring
- Three to four years of B2B sales, inside sales, or business development experience, ideally in medical devices, diagnostics, or life sciences.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead qualification, and initiating new customer relationships.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
- Microsoft 365 and CRM proficiency (e.g. Salesforce or equivalent) with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- A self-starter who is results-oriented, resilient, and thrives in a collaborative, science-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, or business (or equivalent experience).
