To minimize the use of paper, Precision BioLogic has begun transitioning from paper Direction Inserts provided in product boxes to electronic Instructions For Use (IFU) available from our website as PDFs.

To reflect this change, product boxes are being updated and will have an IFU symbol with a webpage address – precisionbiologic.com/ifu – below it.

This address directs you to our new Technical Library. From there, you can search for the necessary document and then read, print, or download it. The library is available 24/7. No login is required.

In addition to saving paper, the new Instructions for Use have been reformatted making them easier to read and use. They are:

• Available as unilingual documents
• Formatted on letter-sized paper for easy viewing or printing

If you do not have Internet access, you can request that an IFU be mailed or faxed to you. To do so, please contact Customer Care at 1.800.267.2796 x 1.

The transition will take several months and until it is complete, you may continue to receive some Precision BioLogic products with paper Direction Inserts. Please note that PDFs of Direction Inserts are also available in our Technical Library.
