Do you have a sense of curiosity and a conscientious work ethic? Are you looking to work in a customer-focused, team-oriented company that’s known as one of the Best Workplaces in Canada? If so, you may have just found what you’re looking for.

Precision BioLogic is not your typical company. Everyone belongs to a team, never a department. To encourage connectivity and knowledge sharing across the company, we hold biweekly cross-functional meetings during which anyone can ask questions or make observations.

Our facility is designed to complement the needs of staff. The layout encourages people to work both independently and in a team setting. You can relax over lunch in our café, brainstorm “crazy ideas” with colleagues in one of our many meeting rooms, or get a breath of fresh air outside as you sit on the patio or stroll through our garden paths.

We’re located in the City of Lakes Business Park, a minute’s walk from lakeside trails. We’re also within driving distance of Dartmouth Crossing. And parking here is free!

Rounding out all these great benefits is a competitive compensation package.

We’re looking for an outgoing and proactive Customer Care & Inside Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team on a full-time basis. This position has two critical touch points with our customers, the first focuses on the care we provide to our customers (taking orders, supporting customer requests, etc.) and the second is understanding the opportunities we have with our customers (cold calls, prospecting, etc.). Initially, this role will focus on the “care” side of the role to cover an upcoming maternity leave and then shift to a more balanced approach afterwards.
